PCs for Kids is providing free internet hotspots in the homes of students grades K-12 to help students thrive as we embrace remote learning. This program is in partnership with participating Cuyahoga County and Cleveland Public Libraries and the Cleveland Foundation.
To register parents/guardians will need to provide proof that their student is enrolled in a Cuyahoga County public school. This includes any official school document (screenshots accepted) that has the student or parents' names, name of the school, and a date.

The CHUH Public Libraries have 80 hotspots that can be checked out. The hotspot lending program is a free service that allows cardholders to check out a hotspot device and connect to the internet from almost anywhere! Some of our families might want to take advantage of this service.
Info for parents: A hotspot is a small device you can use to connect a wireless enabled device, such as a laptop, smartphone or tablet, to the internet. Hotspots are portable, so you can connect your device to the internet almost anywhere you are, like at home, on the bus or in the park. The hotspot device works in any area covered by the Sprint 3G or 4G LTE network.
