Welcome to a fun and exciting year in middle school! My name is Lauren Doherty, and this will be my 8th year teaching at PVC. Before coming to the Croton-Harmon community, I taught in grades 2, 3, and 4 for 12 years. I am professionally certified in Elementary Education, grades 1-6. I graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Mathematics. I also received my Master's degree from Manhattanville College, with a focus in Special Education and Literacy. 

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two daughters. I also enjoy baking, sewing, swimming, and spending time outdoors.
