Halls and Room Hire

We hire out the School's other facilities on an ad hoc basis,(subject to availability). during the School holidays or at weekends.

Events are varied and have included:

Music Exams - Trinity College London hire the Music School for music exams.
Chess Tournaments
Productions and music events
Music Recitals and Performances
Author / Speaker Events and Presentations
Coaching / Training events
Workshops (Drama/music/sports /educational)
ATC Training and Competitions

Room Hire Guidance

Please ensure your activity is fully risked assessed and follows any National Body Guidelines, Safeguarding, and all Government Guidelines and please:

Familiarise yourself with the Evacuation procedures and location of the nearest defibrillator
contact the Estates Assistant for any requirements on the day and call them to lock up when you finish: 07528 353482
Keep the areas tidy to avoid trips and ask participants to use the bins
