Year 8

learning in Year 8

Year 8 is a vibrant year, full of opportunities and challenges. Students are encouraged to submit entries for the Duncan Matheson Prize as well as being able to hone their skills at debating and presenting through additional co-curricular activities. The academic curriculum provides a breadth of subjects that allow individuals to discover what they enjoy and where their passions lie in preparation of their long-term futures. We encourage every student to seize the opportunities available to them, to extend their skills and understanding through the co-curricular programme and to challenge themselves to be better each day. Every student is guided by teacher feedback, a supportive pastoral team and an ethos which encourages individuals to always do their best and to be supportive and caring of one another.
