"It was the first time in my life I was a student facilitator and that too for MBA students. I was so excited. It was great to work with my co-facilitator Naveen and assisted by Nishitha and Debayan. The session was about team building. We conducted many activities in the session and of course, we had a great discussion on it too. The participants were very interactive, cooperative, and excited. I got an opportunity to learn many things from this session such as communication skills, interpersonal skills, time management, and of course leadership in action."

"The Student facilitations were indeed a beautiful experience. Through the sessions that we had conducted, we were able to research and present on a particular topic, and the sessions were truly amazing in the way that, each of them was unique and gave us a fresh perspective of the things we were talking about. The trainees were quite enthusiastic and their doubts and sharings made us, the trainers think and re-discover quite a bit as well.

The Student Facilitator sessions were quite insightful and we’re glad that not only the attendees but also the trainers, got the opportunity to learn from them."

So yeah, it was my first student facilitation training session in my life. It was a very amazing experience for me. And I facilitated for MBA students and it was a very good experience. I learned a few things. And my co-moderators also was very nice and we worked hard and successfully we did that. Finally, I really thankful to PKCL for conducting these student facilitation training sessions. And special thanks to our young leaders who worked with us ❤️

The topic we took up was the power of habit, which is significantly relevant to college students. To be very fair, I had a lot of fun conducting the session with my co-facilitator Preksha. We presented the participants with well-researched information on the topic, along with some video content from popular shows that were relevant to the topic. On the whole, it was tricky to conduct a session like this online as there was a major lack of participation, people not responding to us, and technical issues, but we had a good time and learned a lot in the process.
