The Chair conducted sessions on self-management for the BEd students that were student-facilitated. The sessions were held online using the Cisco WebEx platform. Yogesh L, Swathishree B V, Kareena Clarisse, and Nicolan Mendes were among the student facilitators cohort, together with their staff mentors Samuel S George and Rashi Rutherkumar Kadabur.

The topic of self-management was covered in the sessions, along with networking with their peer group and having fun while learning. The session began with the facilitators inviting discussion on leadership in terms of self-management and scheduled activities related to the issue. Participants were students pursuing teachers training and were thrilled that they were trained by students who were instructing them. 95 student participants were present for the session. They were split into two groups of 47 and 48 to participation. 22 participants out of the 95 students participants provided feedback of the session. 19 of the 22 participants gave a high rating of 5 On a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the highest rating. They mentioned that the session went very well and they were able to relate to the topic and the student facilitators.
