The stopic of the session 'Power of Habits; was facilitated for the Commerce department's students. The Cisco WebEx technology was used to host the sessions online. The student facilitators for the session were Shashwat Chauhan, Preksha Sunil Patwa, Manish Mukherjee, Swathishree B V, Akshar, Aprajitha, Sahiti, Sebin, Priya Dwivedi, Debayan, Aysha, and Kareena, along with the staff mentors of the chair Samuel S George and Rashi Rutherkumar Kadabur.


The bachelor's in commerce students were the target audience. 394 students took part and they divided into 13 groups for a two-hour session, with 30 in students in each group. The sessions were full with enjoyable exercises that highlighted various facets of the power of habits draw out from the student participants themselves. The focus of the session was to teach how to create strong habits to better oneself .


Additionally, the program allowed the facilitators the chance to design their own module, lead a session, and develop their public speaking abilities. 170 students participated in the survey to provide feedback and 163 out of the 170 students gave a rating of between 4 and 5 on a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being ineffective and score of 5 being extremely effective.
