Testimonial Quotes From Young Leader Volunteers of Praveen Kenneth Chair on Leadership through their Engagement with the Chair

"Praveen Kenneth Chair on Leadership is a spectacular organization that has created an extraordinary impact on the people around. The most important essence of PKCL is that the participants talk from their own life’s experience rather than fabricating stories. What also differentiates Praveen Kenneth Chair on Leadership from the rest of the organizations is that its core competency is deeply rooted in Open-minded deliberations and the power to Agree to Disagree. Every organization focuses on its growth, but Praveen Kenneth Chair on Leadership is enthusiastically devoted to the personal and professional development of its members. The Leadership Chair is a lens that makes us see the world from the context of leadership, and we all have realized that the world is simple, but our way of living complicates it, this is one of the primary reasons why we see very few leaders when we all are one but remain unaware of the same"

"Praveen Kenneth Chair on Leadership has helped me get out of my shell and redefine concepts that had been conditioned during my childhood. It made me realize that being a leader does not come after a certain age or the attainment of a certain post, but rather standing up for one's beliefs and doing something out of the ordinary also classifies as leadership. Being a co-head of the Internal Events Committee which has not only taught me the obvious skills of leadership but also to trust one another and treat everyone equally. I learned that conducting sessions for the first years is two-way learning where the first years and I learn together about life and other matters. Moreover, it has given me a close group of friends who see me as their own and discuss their problems and general things about life. If I've got a dilemma about college or anything in college, Praveen Kenneth Chair on Leadership has got my back in guiding me to the solution."

"When a mail about Praveen Kenneth Chair on Leadership popped up, I was immediately interested as I think leadership is a skill everybody should possess and I did not possess it. Then when I attended the 1st session, I surprised myself by being confident as I'm generally under-confident. Then when I thought about it I realized that if one session could bring forth confidence then what would join the club do. Also, the fact that they made it so comfortable to be me and express my views, especially about anger, made me believe in the club"

"I'm really glad that I'm a part of Praveen Kenneth chair of leadership. It feels good to continually introspect and adapt to behaviours that put us in the path we need to achieve our personal and professional goals. It's a place where I can explore and experiment with new things that lead to a new lifestyle. I was a person who was unable to speak in front of his classmates but now I can proudly say that I was one of the panelists in a webinar which was conducted by the moderators of the Leadership Chair. I'm glad that I have found the right organization which would help me to build on my leadership skills which in-turn will help me achieve my dreams. To conclude, I must say, if you're a person who's open to learning, this place is something you'd crave for"
