District Forms

Parents/Guardians of students enrolled in the Christina School District must complete an Online Acknowledgment Form for the new school year to acknowledge that you have been made aware of the following forms and agree to complete and return them to the school, as necessary. Please print and complete the required forms and return to your school office. If you are unable to print a form, or return them to the school office, please contact the office so we can work together to ensure all required forms are completed.

Additional forms may be required by your child's school.

Welcome to Christina School District Enrollment. We are excited that you have chosen Christina School District for your child and want to make sure that we make the new enrollment process as clear and easy as possible.

If you are looking for the best-fit school for your child, click on Find Your Assigned School. If you already know the school your student will attend, you can start the enrollment process by clicking Enroll/Register Online below. Registration is also available in person at the school.
