My name is Susie Ebert and I'm so excited to work with you all to make this the best year ever! I love bringing lessons to life and being able to surprise the kiddos with classroom transformations and fun projects as well! First 2 Weeks of School: Color Days!
Color Days
We will begin the school year with “Color Days”. We will ease into first grade with some fun learning activities involving primary and secondary colors. Each day will be a designated color. We will make some flashy projects, read books, and sing some colorful songs. On that day, the children can dress in that color and bring something for show and tell that has that color of the day. Here’s to some colorful fun!

Wednesday, September 3rd - RED
Thursday, Sept. 4th - YELLOW
Friday, Sept. 5th - BLUE
Monday, Sept. 8th - ORANGE
Tuesday, Sept. 9th - GREEN
Wednesday, Sept. 10th - PURPLE (MUST wear church clothes, but can bring something purple!)
Thursday, Sept. 11th - BROWN
Friday, Sept. 12th - BLACK

Mondays: Library 8:30-9:00, PE 10:15-10:45 AM, & Spanish 12:50-1:20 PM
Tuesdays: Music 12:05-12:35 PM
Wednesday: Mass at IC 8:30-9:15 AM & Library 12:30-1:00 PM
Thursdays: Art 9:05-9:50 AM
Fridays: PE 10:45-11:15 & Music 12:05-12:35 PM
**These times will be finalized in the first week of school!

Pack Daily List
Backpack with Orange Take Home Folder, any homework or notes from home, and any library/classroom books
Snack(s) and clear water bottle with water
Lunch (if having a cold lunch)
Weather-appropriate items: ex. boots, gloves, and hat (snow pants can stay at school throughout the week if desired and please communicate with your child what they should bring back and forth)
*Please leave toys, trading cards, stuffies, or favorite items at home unless your child is Student of the Week!
