We use the SAVVAS Realize Grade 1 curriculum which incorporates various themes, genres, phonics, grammar, word study skills, writing units, and nonfiction texts. As workbooks come home, you may see pages that are not completed. This curriculum has more pages than what we are able to accomplish in our time together at school. Please note that many pages will be discussed in class and we will respond to these questions orally. Spelling words are related to the word study of the week. In case your child loses their spelling sheet, look at the units below to find our words!
