현재 SK텔레콤에서 AI사업Unit장으로 재직중이며, SK텔레콤의 NUGU 플랫폼을 기반으로 하는 사업 조직을 이끌고 있습니다. 지난 20년 동안 SK텔레콤의 Mobile Network 기획 및 전략 수립, 다양한 신기술 전략 및 기술 기반의 신규사업 발굴 업무를 수행해 왔습니다.
SK그룹 내외부 파트너와의 협력을 통해 통신 기술 뿐만 아니라 혁신적인 IT기술에 대한 높은 전문성과 이해를 바탕으로 Bio IT, Nano IT 등의 융합사업 발굴 업무도 진행하였습니다. 그 후 5년간 미래기술원을 이끌었으며, Big Data 기술, 음성인식/언어처리 기술, 영상인식 등의 AI 기술을 개발하여 상용화하였으며, 기술 뿐만 아니라 Big Data 사업을 위한 Metatron, AI 사업을 위한 NUGU, 영상보안 사업을 위한 Tview 등의 사업으로 발전시켰습니다.
지난 3년간은 NUGU AI 플랫폼을 기반으로 하는 AI 사업을 이끌고 있으며, Partnership, Marketing & Sales, 사업개발 등의 역할을 수행하고 있습니다.

Myungsoon Park is a Head of AI Business Unit in SK Telecom and leads the NUGU, the company’s AI Platform, business.
After spending nearly 2 decades in telecom network strategy and planning, network engineering, technology strategy and technology innovation in SK telecom, she knows how to utilize the assets of telecom to enhance and improve other industries. For the next 5 years, she led a couple of R&D projects on emerging technologies such as big data analysis, speech recognition and video recognition and natural language processing in collaboration with partners inside and outside SK Group. Grounded on the outcomes of those innovative R&D’s, she also led a project developing and commercializing NUGU AI Platform, Metatron (Big Data) and T-view platform (Video Surveillance).
In the last 3 years, she led AI business based on NUGU AI platform including partnership, marketing & sales, and business model development.
