vip check-in

All Gold and Platinum members of Strawberry are already checked in when arriving at a Clarion Collection Hotel. The room key is in an envelope on a silver tray at the front desk.

big pillows

There should always be two big pillows (100 x 70) in every superior room, deluxe room and suites. The big pillows should also be for sale in the Front Office.
