The entrance should be presentable and clean. Remember that this is the first impressed the guest has of the hotel.

• Have black carpets either inside, outside or between the doors. (simple black carpets, no branding)

• A non smoking sign. (Sweden only)

• Fresh season plant/flowers adjusted to the season.

• Cozy lightning, example lantern, candle etc. 

Here is where it all starts! The trace of happiness that we want all guests, staff and locals to feel. These things is a must:

• Playing music from Clarion Collection Soundtrack your brand. The music should create a hygge atmosphere and peaceful fill the room, without taking over. 

• Decorations on front desk and tables (small candles,( not electric) flowers or other decorative things)

• Create a warm and cosy feeling with warm light.

• Coffee and thé station.  

• Fire place (Steam fireplace) 

• Trash Cans: all common areas: when ordering new, make sure to use the ones from Sortify (XL  & Trippel)
