We aim to offer the best breakfast buffet in the Nordic countries . We will achieve this through our personal treatment, personal care for our guests’ health and well being, and by offering a varied and healthy breakfast menu, plainly and neatly presented.

Fika is served daily between 15.00 - 17.00 for all guests and it consists of Coffee/tea and a homemade cake/waffles with various of toppings.

Evening meal at Clarion Collection is served in attractive and presentable ways using large colourful plates in different sizes and shapes, wooden boards, stone, cast iron skillets etc. Always in a fun and appetising way. Use fresh herbs, spices, vegetables and other garnishes to enhance the presentation
