The Central Hollywood Neighborhood Council, like all of the City's 99 certified Neighborhood Councils, are subject to many of the local, state, and federal laws that govern government entities, including the Brown Act, Los Angeles City Charter, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Financials
Neighborhood Council budgets are set annually by the Los Angeles City Council and managed by the City Clerk's Neighborhood Council Funding Division. For the 2025-2026 fiscal year, the annual budget for each Neighborhood Council is $25,000.
