Ensure that you have successfully COMPLETED and PASSED the UNIVERSITY ADMISSION TEST prior to applying for your chosen Program of Studies. Additionally, make sure to fulfill all necessary requirements during the registration process.

Minimum Admission Requirements
To be eligible for the screening process, an applicant must meet the following baseline criteria:

- Physical Fitness. Applicants should be in a condition to participate in regular academic activities, including extended computer laboratory work, project development, and other program-related tasks. Any existing medical condition must not hinder the applicant’s ability to complete course requirements, with reasonable accommodations provided when applicable in accordance with institutional policies.
- Mental and Emotional Fitness. Applicants must demonstrate the capacity for critical thinking, problem-solving, sustained attention, and stress management, which are essential for computing-related disciplines. They should be capable of handling academic workload, collaborative projects, and independent learning tasks.
- Compliance and Verification. Applicants may be required to submit a medical certificate issued by a licensed physician attesting to their physical and mental fitness. Additional assessments or guidance counseling referrals may be conducted when necessary to ensure student readiness and well-being.
- Quality Assurance Alignment: This requirement supports Commission on Higher Education (CHED) policies on student welfare and success, as well as ASEAN University Network Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) standards that emphasize student capability, support systems, and program completion readiness.
- Inclusivity Clause. The institution upholds inclusivity and does not discriminate against applicants with disabilities. Appropriate academic adjustments and support services shall be provided in accordance with national laws and institutional guidelines to ensure equitable access to education.

List of BSIT Program Application Requirements
- If you are an applicant who graduated on or before AY 2025-2026, Grade 12 Report Cards or DepEd Form 138 is needed and should be certified true copy.
- If you are a transferee or shiftee, you must have a Transcript of Records (TOR)(with detailed course description attached from your previous school) with No failures and must be Certified True Copy.
- Certificates as proof of exemplary achievements: Academics, and Extra-Curriculars (Optional)
- Medical Requirement
- It must be issued by a licensed physician or the campus health services unit (CHMSU Medical Doctor).
- The certificate must confirm that the applicant is physically and mentally fit to pursue the academic program.
- This requirement shall be submitted upon confirmation of admission/qualification for enrollment.
Important Notes
- All documents are subject to validation and verification by the College.
- These requirements support the institution’s commitment to inclusive access to education, consistent with national policies and ASEAN quality assurance standards.
- Submission of falsified documents or failure to adhere to the instructions for document submission results in ineligibility for pre-qualification screening for the College of Computer Studies (BSIT and BSIS Programs).
Application Procedure
The College adopts a hybrid submission process to promote efficiency, accessibility, and systematic record management. All documents submitted—both digital and physical copies—shall undergo rigorous evaluation, verification, and authentication by the college and the designated screening committee to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all applicant records.

- On-Site Submission Requirements: On the day of the qualifying examination, applicants must submit their complete hard-copy documents (one set of photocopied documents only) in the following format:
- Placed in a long-sized white folder
- Enclosed inside a long-sized brown envelope
- Proper Labeling of Documents:
The back of the envelope must be clearly and neatly labeled with the following information: Full Name of Applicant, Program Applied For, Contact Number, and Email Address
