Google Drawings blank template
3 - 4 colours of your choice (images/ textures)

Step One: Find your 4 colours and select pictures of a textured nature to add into your work

Step Two: Paste the selected picture of the first colour into your drawing page

Step Three: Crop the image, clicking on the arrow to the right of the crop button select the shape you want. I used the wave shape which is rounded on one end

Step Four: Repeat step three changing the colour each time and rotating shapes as needed.

This is a collection of images created by students to using PNG images to illustrate their haikus.

The images consist of three PNG images overlapped to create one image, that link with the poem.

Key Tips

PNG is an image without a background
Use Image options to vary the transparency to fade images
