I am a 5th grade teacher at Southview Elementary School in Chippewa Falls, WI. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire in May of 2012, studying elementary education, music, and Spanish. I received my Masters of Arts in Education through Viterbo University in July of 2019 with an emphasis on reading and early literacy education. And in the spring of 2020, I completed coursework to be licensed as a Reading Specialist.
When I'm not in the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Reese, our son, Ronnie, our daughter, Rosie, and our cat, Tucker. I like to read, walk outside, bake with sourdough, and spend time with family and friends. I also love checking out all the wonderful locations Chippewa Falls has to offer! Irvine Park, Riverside Park, Hiker Coffee, Olson's Ice Cream, and the local library are some of my favorite spots!
Mr. Rosso and I love spending time outside, especially in our favorite season, fall.
Ronnie is my silly, rowdy goofball! He loves to make people laugh! He is also sweet, sensitive, and super smart!
Rosie is my spunky, spitfire little princess. She is stubborn and sassy, and is unafraid to be who she is.
Tucker is a huge lap cat who loves to curl up and snuggle at the end of a long day avoiding the kids.
