Evidence of Practice: List & Description of Tools

This tool list is a pop-out document, there are 4 pages total and the candidates are not expected to complete every single one. This list is provided to show candidates the tools from which the mentor and candidate choose to document their mentoring conversations during their weekly meetings and that support their goals and action plans. These tools are then uploaded to the candidate's Google Classroom to create a digital portfolio.

The mentor has access to all the tools, the only two that are available for the candidates to access are the Veteran Teacher Observation and the Professional Learning Opportunity tools.
