Names 英文名字

This page is to help your child learn to write their name in English. It can be updated as needed.

Please note: Some children say their names in a way that is INCONSISTENT with the spelling. If your child's name is pronounced differently than the way a Native English Speaker would decode (say) it, your child needs to get used to explaining their name's spelling and pronunciation. 

If desired, suggestions for spelling names are available to avoid confusion and future difficulties.

Girls' Names are in purple. Boys' names are in blue. Names that are commonly used by both sexes are green. Indeterminate names, such as nicknames or words that aren't usually names, are red. Names of current students are listed below in alphabetical order. 

Scroll through the alphabetical list and click the name to access the YouTube video link of the desired name. Practice writing your name until it is consistently spelled neatly and correctly. Also, consider having your kid write the first Letter of their last name. This will help if there is more than on student with that name in class. For example: Emily S. or Ryan F.
