Cooperation is essential to learning. Good manners help us cooperate so we can spend our time learning rather than correcting behavior. ALL CHILDREN REGARDLESS OF ABILITY OR DISABILITY CAN LEARN GOOD MANNERS. Good manners should be taught and modeled in and out of school so children know what is expected of them.
