My name is Julia Rogoff and I have been advocating for my daughter and other families with disabilities for 10 years. I currently lead the SEPAC and am a senior admin specialist for the district . I love teaching other parents to successfully advocate for improved services for their children.

We have been a part of Chico USD special ed for 13 years and I have been active in many organizations that support kids with disabilities like Challenger Baseball. I hope to give parents the tools to navigate and advocate the special needs programs.

My name is Molly Tompkins. I live in Forest Ranch with my husband James and my daughter Gracie. Gracie is medically fragile and has intellectual disabilites. I have been an advocate for Gracie since her placement with us for adoption in 2008.

My name is Morgan Orozco and I am the mother of 3 wonderful children. All 3 of my children have received speech services through Chico USD. My middle daughter was diagnosed as autistic at 3 and I have been advocating for parents to be an equal partner with the district on their child's educational team ever since.
