Category C Volunteer

o  Once the volunteer submits their on-line application, the Volunteer Coordinator (VC) at the site will review the application and either approve or deny

o  If the VC approves, the workflow will send a notification to the site admin to either approve or deny

o  If the admin approves, the volunteer will receive an automatic email to sign up for a TB Risk Assessment Screening with a CUSD nurse

o  The volunteer will also receive an automatic email to sign up for a Live Scan Appointment at the District Office

o  Once TB Clearance is complete and Live Scan is cleared, DO staff will mark the application as approved, and the VC will receive notification that the volunteer has been cleared

o  The VC will contact the volunteer to notify them of the approved status
