Instructors MUST verify participants are enrolled in an acitivity by checking the roster at the start of program.
Check In & Out Expectations:
Youth drop-off activities that are longer than 2+ hours require an Emergency Contact Form. Parents will bring these on the first day of camp, if they do not bring a completed Emergency Contact Form, you must have the parent/guardian complete the Emergency Contact Form. These forms can be found in your Instructor Binder.
A parent or guardian MUST sign in and out camp participants.
At pick-up time, instructors MUST verify pick-up contact by checking IDs.
During pick up, if an adult is not on the pick up list on the Emergency Contact Form, they may not sign out the participant. In this case, the parent/guardian will need to contact the CARD Office for further instructions.
