Participant Drop off and pick up

Instructors MUST verify participants are enrolled in an acitivity by checking the roster at the start of program.

Check In & Out Expectations: 

• Youth drop-off activities that are longer than 2+ hours require an Emergency Contact Form. Parents will bring these on the first day of camp, if they do not bring a completed Emergency Contact Form, you must have the parent/guardian complete the Emergency Contact Form. These forms can be found in your Instructor Binder. 

• A parent or guardian MUST sign in and out camp participants. 

• At pick-up time, instructors MUST verify pick-up contact by checking IDs. 

• During pick up, if an adult is not on the pick up list on the Emergency Contact Form, they may not sign out the participant. In this case, the parent/guardian will need to contact the CARD Office for further instructions.
