Dress CODE

As a representative of CARD, your appearance should reflect professionalism, safety, and respect for participants. Please follow the guidelines below when preparing for your class or program: 

Clothing Guidelines:

• No exposed midriffs, undergarments, or cleavage.

• Tank tops must have wide straps and proper coverage—no tube or halter tops.

• Pants should not be see-through or expose undergarments when sitting or bending. Slightly distressed jeans are okay; no large holes.

• Shorts must be mid-thigh or longer; skirts must be knee-length or longer and not restrictive.

Footwear:

• Shoes must be appropriate for your class. Athletic shoes are encouraged.

Personal Presentation:

• Maintain good hygiene. Offensive body odor is not acceptable.

• Avoid excessive or unsafe jewelry.

• No clothing, jewelry, or visible tattoos with references to alcohol, drugs, tobacco, violence, profanity, or sexual content.
