All Headteachers within Sussex Learning Trust (SLT) are members of the Trust’s Executive Team, which meets regularly to:

• Share ideas and experiences

• Provide mutual support and professional challenge

• Contribute to the formulation of Trust-wide policy

• Work in partnership with Trust officers to shape and lead the organisation.

We believe that CFS (and the other schools) will significantly benefit from local schools joining the Trust, typified by how we regularly talk about academies being 'stronger together'.
