We strongly believe the availability of impartial 1:1 support, advice and guidance allows students to make informed choices and can support them on their future progression routes.
We have dedicated Student Mentors who are available for 1:1 interviews, advice and guidance at any time.
Students can drop into the Careers Office before school, at break and lunchtime, or after school to see Janet.
Post 16 students can also see Susan in the Advanced Study Centre Monday to Wednesday.
Students can also be referred for 1:1 advice and guidance by Parents, Year Leader or Tutors.
Personal Guidance is supported by Careers Education, which takes place in PSHE, assemblies and across the whole curriculum where we aim to develop transferable skills.
