Achievements

Our Fall Production of Beauty and the Beast, Jr. engaged more than 100 students to create another massive show for our community.
Students engaged with a Tech Theatre Class at Fox Ridge for the first time, and their work was featured in both of the after school productions.
Fox Ridge was honored to have two of our students earn the "Critic's Choice" award at the 2023 Colorado State Thespian Conference, which included these students performing in front of 1000+ students
Fox Ridge Theatre produced the local premiere of Is There a Martian In the House, an immersive and student led production.
As a part of our Winter Play, our community raised $500 to support the Make A Wish Foundation as a part of CTHS Wish Week

Fox Ridge Theatre produced the regional premieres of The 39 Steps, Abridged' and Home of the Brave.
As a part of our Spring One Acts, our community raised $1000 to support military families in a donation to the Buckley's Benefitting Families Foundation

Our Fall Production of The Little Mermaid, Jr. engaged more than 100 students to create one of the largest shows in the history of our school.
Our Spring Production of Treasure Island brought safe Stage Combat techniques to the stage with more than 30 students who worked with and learned from a DCPA teaching artist

Students engaged in two productions that pushed our program into new styles of performance. Their productions of Box and The Internet is Distracting connected students into virtual filmed performances.

- Fox Ridge Theatre produced the regional premiere of Masi Asare's play, Mirror of Most Value: A Ms. Marvel Play
- In the beginning of the COVID19 Pandemic, Fox Ridge Thespian Troupe 89037 devised an original piece of theatre for virtual performance. Troupe 89037 performed the piece and conducted interviews to bring the arts to a local senior living center.

- Fox Ridge was honored to have two students earn Superior Rankings at the 2018 Colorado State Thespian Conference
- We are one of five schools to start the Inaugural Cherry Creek School District Middle School Theatre Festival in May of 2019
- A Fox Ridge student earned a third place recognition in the Monologue Performances at the CCSD Middle School Theatre Festival
