Shea Caballero, MA, LPC

Middle School Counselor

Hi there! My name is Shea Caballero, and I am the Middle School Counselor at Challenge School. This is my 12th year as a school counselor, and throughout my career I have had the opportunity to work with students in both K-8 and high school settings. Challenge has been an incredible place to grow professionally, allowing me to combine my creativity, advocacy, and passion for supporting students in meaningful ways.

Outside of school, I am a wife and mom of two boys, ages 2 and 4. In my free time, I enjoy watching movies, spending time with my family, hiking, listening to audiobooks, and traveling. 

I look forward to partnering with students and families to support each student's academic, social-emotional, and personal growth.
