Transcript Grades:

A = 4.0 A- = 3.7

B+= 3.3 B = 3.0 B- = 2.7

C+= 2.3 C = 2.0 C- = 1.7

D+= 1.3 D = 1.0

F = 0.0

P=Pass (does not affect GPA)

S=Satisfactory (does not affect GPA)

U=Unsatisfactory (does not affect GPA)

I=Incomplete (does not affect GPA)

W=Withdrawal (does not affect GPA)

HONOR ROLL

Honor Roll Criteria: Honor Roll is open to all students attending W.F. West High School who are enrolled in and have completed six or more classes during the semester. Selection is based upon the grade point average achieved by the student during the current semester. This grade point average must be equal to at least a 3.25.

SPORTS WAIVER

Students wishing to complete graduation requirements using a sports waiver must see the Counseling Center for more information. Specific restrictions apply. Sports waivers are available for completing a full season of a sport (any team) during the sophomore, junior and senior year.

Health Examination

A health examination is required of all students participating in interscholastic sports every 13 months.
