PFLAG is the nation's largest organization dedicated to supporting, educating, and advocating for LGBTQ+ people and those who love them.
Street Outreach Services is a street-based outreach program offering crisis intervention, counseling, advocacy, and prevention services. Counselors work to help teens who are facing homeless, have runaway or are couch-surfing find a safe and stable home. The program also provides education and public speaking workshops about high-risk behaviors to schools and other organizations.
Street Outreach Services offers teens up to age 21 a variety of services including:

· Referral and safe transportation to shelter facilities
· Life-skills training and connection to community support services
· Prevention education and outreach programs in schools and community

C. Crisis Intervention Services
1. Crisis Center of Camden County -program of Oaks Integrated Care

b. Crisis Screening provides a full spectrum of services for those in acute psychiatric distress.
c. Procedure: Enter the emergency room. Once the child is medically cleared, they are escorted back to the crisis unit for an evaluation.

D. Outpatient Partial Care Programs for Mental Health/Behavioral Needs
1. Penn Medicine Princeton House Behavioral Health Services - Location: Moorestown. Outpatient Admissions: 888-437-1610
a. Adolescent Partial Hospital Program-designed for adolescents with psychiatric problems or a combination of psychiatric and substance abuse problems that impair functioning at home and school. It is a 6 hr. program (9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.) 5 days per week
b. Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) - designed for adolescents with psychiatric problems/or substance abuse that significantly impair functioning at school or at home. Adolescents attend the 3-hour program from 3:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m. 3 days per week.
Transportation is available to pick up students from schools within defined areas.
2. Archway Programs
D.I.S.C.O.V.E.R. -serves adolescents (12-18) with emotional/or behavior issues that cause interference in their daily living. Provides intervention, strategies, and activities that assist individuals in acquiring appropriate behaviors to re-enter the community.
Partial care services are paid for when medically indicated by Medicaid, NJ Family Care, or in some cases private pay.

3. Jefferson Behavioral Health Services – Cherry Hill 1-800-528-3425
a. Outpatient Partial Hospitalization Program -This program helps children and adolescents faced with the challenges of mental health and substance abuse issues as they continue living in their home environments. Patients are required to continue to meet their baseline educational requirements as their presenting issues are addressed. Our experienced outpatient treatment team fosters an environment that promotes safe and effective alternative coping skills to prepare the child or adolescent to return to his or her community and school. Patients are also offered individual therapy and medication monitoring.
b. Intensive Outpatient Program & After School Program -provides an intensive outpatient program that operates concurrently with the partial hospitalization program Monday thru Friday during the day. Additionally, we offer an after-school intensive outpatient program in the evening that continues to support the patient as he or she returns to school. This program offers psycho-educational and therapeutic groups.
