First Official Payment and Trip Sign-up is due 

October 3rd, 2025!

Quad Room Full Price per person: $2,040

Triple Room Full Price per person: $2,110

Double Room Full Price per person: $2,250

Single Room Full Price per person: $2,650

Quad Payment Installments if starting payments in the fall:

Payment 1 - $680 by October 3rd, 2025

Payment 2 - $680 by November 21st, 2025

Payment 3 - $680 by January 5th, 2026

The trip must be PAID IN FULL by January 5, 2026!

Payments can start being made at any point to the Student Activities Office in different installments, as long as it is paid off by January 5th. Cash or checks payable to Cherry Hill West may be submitted to the Student Activity Office.
