Senior Trip Early Deposits

The Office of Student Activities is excited to announce that we will be offering optional early deposit windows this year for the Class of 2029 Senior Trip to Disney. This provides families with a great opportunity to get a head start on planning—if they choose to take advantage of it.

Please Note:
🔹Participation in the Senior Trip, as well as the use of early deposits, is entirely optional.
🔹We aim to make participation more manageable by reducing the financial impact over time.

📅 The Early Deposit windows will be: March 5th - June 19th, 2026

💲 Payments can be made by:

PaySchools (available through the Parent Portal of Genesis under Fees and Fines; labeled Class of 2027 Disney Early Deposit and Class of 2028 Disney Early Deposit )

Looking ahead:

• The formal trip registration and commitment process will occur in September of your senior year.

• Early deposits are fully refundable until the September of your student’s senior year.

• If you would like to check your balance at any time, email the Student Activities office at chwactivities@chclc.org.
