Mrs. Arnao has been  in the counseling field for 10 years and a school counselor for 8 years. She has a B.S. in Psychology from Widener University and a M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Holy Family University. 

Mrs. Arnao grew up in Cherry Hill, attending Kilmer, Carusi and High School West. She returned to West in 2019 as a student advocate and was there 3 years. This is her fourth year at Beck Middle School as a School Counselor, and thrilled to continue working with the Cherry Hill Community. 

Mrs. Arnao enjoys being with her two young daughters, watching sports and being on the beach.

Mr. Packer is a dedicated member of the Beck Middle School Counseling Team, bringing a unique blend of experience from both education and military service. He earned his M.Ed. in School Counseling from Rutgers Graduate School of Education and holds a B.S. in Government with a focus on International Relations from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy. Before joining Beck, Mr. Packer served eight years of active-duty military service in the U.S. Coast Guard.

With a strong commitment to student growth, Mr. Packer supports learners in discovering their passions, overcoming challenges, and becoming confident, lifelong learners. He is a passionate advocate for student well-being and academic success, and he values building meaningful connections within the school community.

Now a proud member of the Cherry Hill community, Mr. Packer enjoys spending time with his wife, exploring new recipes in the kitchen, and watching movies. He also finds joy in outdoor activities and staying active.

Mrs. Santos has been dedicated to the field of education since 2008 and has served as a professional school counselor for the past 16 years. She holds a Master of Education in School Counseling from Wright State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University.

Passionate about supporting children, Mrs. Santos finds joy in helping her students navigate challenges, build resilience, and grow into their best selves.

As part of an Air Force family, she and her loved ones recently relocated to New Jersey. Outside of school, Mrs. Santos treasures time with her three children a 6-year-old daughter, a 4-year-old son, and a baby girl just 2 months old. She also enjoys photography and is always eager to learn more through photography classes.
