Track Practice will begin on Monday, February 19th @ 3:20pm.

  • All participants must have:
    • ALL athletic forms filled out (Medical Exam dated within the last 12 months, Concussion form dated from current school year, and consent form dated from current school year
    • Completed the interest form below so we know your team and events that you are interested in.
    • Sneakers, preferably running shoes
    • Shorts, sweatpants, leggings to practice in each day
      • Shorts that are all black (may have a skinny white stripe) for competing on meet days
    • T-shirt, long or short sleeve, or sweatshirt depending on weather
    • Water bottle to take to meets and practices. Please label with athletes name.
  • PARENTS: Please fill out the participant information form (link is at the top of this page) prior to the first meet. That will give us quick access to emergency contact numbers and medical information if needed. We also use this information to generate a parent email to get volunteers for home meets and for snacks.
