Jewel Fischer - 6th Grade School Counselor

Hi there! My name is Jewel Fischer and I'm the 6th Grade Counselor. I've been at Phillips for 3 years and during my time here, I've had the privilege of serving all three grade levels. One of the things I love about being a Counselor at Phillips is that I get to loop up with my students each year which allows me to make meaningful connections with them and their families!

As a school counselor, I work closely with teachers, parents/guardians, and other important stakeholders to eliminate barriers that interfere with a child's academic and social emotional success at school. For more information about my role, please visit our Comprehensive School Counseling Program page.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, being in nature, and cuddling with my dog, Beans!
