3D Modeling & Animation Reflections
Year-Year
Year-Year
I'm so exited to learning how to 3d model characters and 3d print them on my own. and the whole reason why i chose to take this class is because i wanted a way to make my own designs for projects that i work on at home, and be able to say that i actually designed the things i 3d print at home because i felt like saying that i made something i 3d printed was a little untruthful since i didn't even make the design of it so what right would i have to say that i made it and was dedicated to improve my skill in 3d modeling and actually make some good designs.
module 1 was a fun experience and i had alot of fun attempting to make a snow man through a tutorial for the first time and i also had alot of fun trying make the temple do to the adrelinen of the challenge unlike the pencil which was less of a challenge trying to do it and there were less intriguing things

so module 2 was a little rough and a little stressful, and the Lego mini figure was something that really pushed me back due some technical difficulties and some corrections that i had to go over and fix so that the mini figure could be more delicate, and detailed and all the stress of feeling behind made me anxious, and really feel like giving up due to the stress. but I kept going, and i am happy i did cause now the errors i make are a little less, and I am rushing a little less then i used to and the stress of the over load is starting to lessen as i go on.
how it felt doing module 3

Module 3 so far was the most stressful and really took a toll on my energy and really had me freaking out. It really exhausted me, but I'm happy I didn't give up. Because it taught me a lot of things that I might need to avoid next time and not do ;to have better results, and helped me learn more about the modifiers and made me more organized with the order that I used the modifiers in and let me know more about the effects of certain modifiers to other modifiers and I enjoyed using the different tools in the edit poly modifier and learn the different effects of those tools on an object that I was editing and my favorite part of module 3 was being done with it but jokes aside I really enjoyed doing the field scene and turning a cylinder into 3 separate types of mushroom, and it really let me test out the different ways I might be able to place certain things or even modify them to get a cleaner result or different object/shape much like the object modeling project in module 3 which really pushed me to my limit, do to a bunch of problems caused by the symmetry modifier like the symmetrical side being crooked or not even working at all which really frustrated me, but I'm happy it's done now and that i don't have to worry about it anymore.

module 5 was a OK of a experience like it wasn't too stressful its self because i was more stressed about already being behind on work due to not finnishing other
Quarter 1 was a hard one, and I'm not sure how I feel about it, because there were a lot of setbacks and a lot of challenges, but through those challenges and setbacks, I was able to improve my 3ds max skills, and improve my persistence, but I was really stressed about if I was going to Finish my work in time, and was just tired trying to finish everything in time, but I'm happy I didn't give up, because that would have stopped me from actually completing my goal to learn how to model, and skills I learned along the way were, learning how to do proper lighting and how to render certain lights as I went along, and I also learned how to use certain tools and modifiers to do certain changes to an object and how the work order of the modifiers really changes how an object may look and appear to a person and how certain object modifiers change other modifiers. And one goal I have for 2nd quarter is to try to keep up with my grades more and hopefully not fall as behind on work as I did this quarter.

Module 5 was an OK experience as it wasn't too stressful itself because I was more stressed about already being behind on work due to the setbacks that the other module had happened, but other than that it was quite fun working with light and shading of things and I really did enjoy learning the things in module its self just wish it didn't take so long to do and wish there weren't so many setbacks along the way.
