An effective About Me section for a digital art, 3D modeling, and game design portfolio should introduce the creator, showcase their skills, and provide insight into their creative approach. Here are some key questions to answer:
My name is Josh Marine.
I got inspired to take 3d modeling because I want to earn my 3ds studio max certificate. When I'm making projects I think about what would be pleasing to the eye. for example, what colors go well together.
My strongest skills are working with primitives in 3ds Max, and coding dances in, Code.org
I spent 5+ years coding in code.org and I am very proficient at using it.
I have worked on coding projects, school assignments in Excel and other software's, and I have done some personal coding projects.
In code.org. I finished a long coding course focused on game design.
I worked on a team project in Microsoft slides, and my role in that project was to design the slides, and to animate the transitions form slide to slide.
I approach a new project by first figuring out a rough draft, whether that be in my head, or on paper. Then I move on to creating. After that, I make the finishing touches I need to ensure that I like my project.
The people that inspire my work are people that make big games like Fortnite, or Minecraft, because I've always thought that would be cool.
As of now, I do not have any long term goals in the digital art industry.
