3D Modeling & Animation

To make both of the side of the spaceship symmetrical I used the connect tool. I had used it when it was a low poly count and when I connected it I deleted one half and mirrored the other, making it a clone. This means that everything I did to one side, the other side would imitate. This helped with all the little details in the spaceship. I feel like this piece shows a lot about my expertise in edit poly.
Mew is my favorite Pokemon character, so I decided to make a 3d model of it. For this model I had to use a lot of edit poly and for the tail I had to use a line and loft it. The ears were the hardest part because from the top view they looked flat, but from the front view they were facing forward. I feel as though if I had more time to explore tools I could make it better. The thing I'm most proud of is the torso because all of that was made out of a box and a lot of edit poly to get it that shape.
In this Lego Minifigure I had to extrude and subtract a lot of objects. The thing I the most difficulty with was the holes in the leg because it was hard to select the correct polygons. I'm proud of the way my head turned out because it is very proportionate and the top of it took a little bit figuring out. To make sure all of the pieces were aligned correctly, I had to use snaps to snap the angles together. I learned how to use the pro boolean, which has helped me a lot in future projects and probably will continue to do so.
