Greetings Future Chefs and Culinarians!
Culinary III has been officially added to the CHHS Culinary Dept. Our focus for this year will be on management and menu development.
While Culinary III is not expected to run the Culinary cafe, you will be expected to operate as the test kitchen for it. Culinary III students will develop recipes and test them for Culinary II to create for sale. The Chefs will take a more hands off approach as students will be expected to price and source ingredients.
