WELCOME TO CULINARY II!
BLOCK SCHEDULE IS HERE!
As all classes are now on block schedule, our time in the kitchen is very tight and limited.
We will begin in the Culinary Kitchen 5 days/week. By October 1st, We will be in the classroom on Fridays preparing for Servsafe Safe Food Manager Certification. By the middle of November, we'll be in the classroom 4 days per week, completing our projects and studying for Servsafe.
