Temple of Primitives
11/2/2025
For this I used a lot of array, standard primitives, and edit poly. using these made me realize how good I could make something looking like this. The monitor reflected on my artistic style showing how I like to make stuff like temples, and showing how I can make objects look like a statue. I faced a lot of challenges while using objects to place right on the right spot and the array tool. I planned on making the pillars first, then the walls second, and then the ceiling and floor last. I received good feedback on this. I was really struggling with arraying the pillars making sure they were all the same, but overall I think I did well on this.
Monitor
11/2/2025
I was inspired to make this because I like to play video games on good looking stuff like PCs and monitors. I used a lot of edit polys, lofts, text plus, planes, lines, shapes, boolean, and edit vertex. Using these made me realize how good I could make something on my own. I faced a lot of challenges while using lines to make the monitor shape, the key board keys, and characters on the keyboard because the were the ones I had least worked on. The monitor reflected on my artistic style showing on how I like to make stuff, how I like to use my tools, and showing what I like to make. I am most proud of making the keyboard because of how many characters I needed to type, size, space. I was really struggling with spacing them making sure they were all the same size. I planned on making the monitor first, then the mouse second, and then the keyboard last. I received good feedback on this because it was challenging for me and how I put good work and progress into it.
Lego Dude
11/2/2025
I planned on making the torso first, then the head second, and then the legs and arms last. I was inspired to make this because I like to play with Legos and how hard it is to make. I used a lot of edit polys, edges, surface editor, and edit vertex. The Lego Dude reflected on my artistic style showing how I like to make and play with Legos and how I like to use my tools. I am most proud of making the legs because of how hard the edges were to make. using these made me realize how I could make something I play with a lot look good. I faced a lot of challenges while using line edges, the shape of them, and the edit poly to make it the exact size as the reference image. I was really struggling with shaping them making sure they were the same size. I received good feedback on this because it was challenging for me.
UVW Indiana Jones
1/20/26
This was my first using the Unwrap UVW tool making it very strange to get used to. The techniques I used to make the UVW for Indiana Jones were: Unwrap UVW, Scale, and Rotate. On this piece I am most proud of making the legs because of how many parts there were for them. I received good feedback after finishing this project making myself really proud. In conclusion I thought this would be pretty hard but got easier overtime.
Still Life
1/20/26
This was a very difficult project to work on because of how long it took. The challenges I faced were how long it took to render each image, and which materials to put on each and adjust them. In this project I am most proud of the Heart Of The Ocean because of how it used a lot of materials and how I had to make it have exact settings. I received good feedback from this because of how well I did on it making it exactly what it was supposed to look like.
It's Alive!
1/20/26
I am really proud of this one because of how I overcame weird problems on my own. This piece shows a lot of skills showing how it is a big project and making it hard to replicate. I received good feedback on this because of how it looked and the unique poses I put it in. I am most proud of solving a problem where two parts were moving but I made it be only one.
