Welcome to Leroy Massey Elementary School!
My name is Mrs. Scarlett Mosley, School Counselor, and I am looking forward to working with the students, parents, and teachers at Leroy Massey this year.
I am happy to work with two part-time counselors, Mrs. Beth Dunn and Mrs. Shannon Bond. Mrs. Dunn leads classroom guidance lessons for students in 2nd - 5th grade and also meets individually with students. Mrs. Shannon Bond teaches annual S.A.F.E. (Safety Awareness for Everyone) lessons in every classroom and also leads group counseling.
I can be reached during school hours (Tuesday - Friday from 7:00am - 4:00pm).

About Me
I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Dalton State College (2021) and a Master’s degree in Counselor Education with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Jacksonville State University (2024). I have experience working with children ages three and older using play therapy, talk therapy, and expressive therapies. My background includes working with children from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of needs.
