Leadership Support
CFRESA’s Leadership Support Program is designed to coach and support the development of school leaders while supporting the implementation of effective instructional and cultural strategies.
Participants in the Principal’s Academy and Assistant Principal’s Academy meet once per month and have an opportunity to:
*Learn from their peers in an open and interactive setting
*Engage and connect with other school leaders throughout the CFRESA Service Area
*Access and share research-based best practices with their colleagues
*Discuss topic specific current trends, issues and challenges that school leaders are facing and that often affect the day to day operations of the school environment
Principals and Assistant Principals are assigned Leadership Coaches to help coach them into becoming exceptional instructional leaders.
The Leadership Support Program provides support to participants in the Principal’s Academy, Assistant Principal’s Academy, LAPP (Leadership Alternative Preparation Program), and GSLA (Georgia School Leadership Academy).
