Digital Tools & Platforms
Having the right digital tool or platform is important to effectively engaging students in learning. But HOW our Chatham County Schools teachers utilize their toolbox for instruction is the most critical piece! This page highlights many of the resources and strategies available in Chatham County Schools.
Technology Troubleshooting Chain of Contact
For troubleshooting software at the classroom level, students should first ask teachers for assistance.
If the teacher cannot solve the problem or has a problem themself, they should see their school-level technology contact. This person may the school librarian, curriculum coach, digital learning facilitator, or other "champion" of a specific software/digital tool.
If the school-level technology contact cannot solve the problem, then they or the teacher may submit an Incident IQ ticket (also known as a technology help request). This alerts the Technology and Digital Learning teams at central services to help troubleshoot the issue.
Someone at central services will contact you with further information.
