At Camp Wonder, we understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellation of enrollment. If you need to cancel before the program start date, a non-refundable $25 deposit fee will be charged. Should you cancel after the program has commenced, the entire program fee will be charged. To initiate a cancellation, written or email notice must be received by Camp Wonder at least two weeks prior to the program start date. Upon receipt of your cancellation notice, Camp Wonder will provide acknowledgment. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact the Camp Director for assistance.
In the event of a cancellation before the program start date, you will be charged a nonrefundable $25 registration fee or deposit. Cancellations made after the program has begun will result in charges for the entire fee. Registration fees and deposits paid to Camp Wonder are non-refundable.Â
In the event of calendar changes initiated by the school or school system, Camp Wonder will provide full refunds for affected by-the-week or by-the-day purchases at the time of the change. Please note that Camp Wonder does not offer refunds for program days missed due to inclement weather or for missed days resulting from injury, illness, direct exposure, or required medical quarantine.
