For this small project, we made a circuit that faded a LED on and off. We first started by making it on a breadboard, where I ran into a one of a kind problem of the resistor that charged the capacitor being too resistive, causing it to not get to 6v and therefore discharge. Nobody else had this issue, and I don't know why this issue happened for me. After fixing it for the breadboard, I moved it over to the protoboard, which is basically a breadboard with solder pads for a more permanent solution. I ran into issues with not soldering 2 wires, but after fixing it worked the same as the breadboard.
