ARE YOU UP FOR A CHALLENGE?

Happiness in Twenty One Days - HIT1

Join in the challenge to choose HAPPINESS for 21 days!

Studies show that happy people are more successful people. Maybe you have been stuck in a negative thinking cycle. Maybe spring fever has you feeling down in the dumps. Maybe you're asking, "How can I get out of this funk?"

Rewire your brain for happiness in 21 days with this easy, quick challenge. Here's what we will do: Think of three things that you are grateful for, everyday, for 21 days. Share these things with someone close to you or write them down in a journal. We would love to get a shout out for the HIT1 board here!  Follow the link to let us know that you're on board with the challenge, and tell what you're thankful for!

February 12-18 is RAK Week! Random Acts of Kindness Week is a time that we can be extra intentional to make kindness the norm! If you can't find someone that's kind, be that someone! Do something random to show your kindness today!
