• Program members: Dr. Ken Murphy (UCI Paul Merage School of Business), Zihan Zhang (Georgia Tech), Fenglian Pan (University of Arizona), Yifeng Wang (Georgia Tech) 

• Goal: Empower K-12 education as a cornerstone for shaping students’ futures and fostering a collaborative environment that bridges academics, professionals, and educators to inspire growth and innovation. 

• Activities: Poster competition, initiate online workshop, presentation, and in-person camps

INFORMS K-12 Education Outreach & Networking Program -- 2024

• Program members: Dr.Neil Desnoyers (Saint Joseph’s University), Fenglian Pan (University of Arizona), Zihan Zhang (Georgia Tech)

• Goal: Reinvigorate K-12 education by establishing a dynamic network that connects high school students with higher education and career pathways, particularly in STEM fields

• Activities: Initiate online workshop, presentation, and in-person camps

Summer Engineering Academy (SEA) Outreach Program -- 2021-2023

• Goal: Promote STEM education with K-12 schools in Arizona

• Effort: Feature in-person formatting and virtual camps that bring students projects, activities, presentations, and real-life experiences from engineering disciplines.
